Emirati Entrepreneur Launches Unique Jewelry Brand

Working in the field of jewelry design, Emirati businessman Mokhammed Al-Hoori talked about his passion for design in youth jewelry and diamonds since childhood. In 2018, he founded his project 'Golden Light for Youth Jewelry' with the support of the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development. This fund approved the financing of the project, as Mokhammed was the first Emirati engaged in the design of youth jewelry and diamonds.

"My main goal is to incorporate Emirati heritage of gold in a unique way, to bring Emirati gold to the global community through design, inspired by the current Emirati heritage," said Al-Hoori.

He confessed that his love for the design of youth jewelry and diamonds stemmed from childhood, inherited from his ancestors. His mother trusted his taste when purchasing jewelry. The idea of creating the project came to him when he couldn't find suitable jewelry for relatives and began to independently develop designs that were very well received by people.

Mokhammed began exhibiting his jewelry at local specialized exhibitions, becoming the first Emirati designer of jewelry at the 'Attaya' exhibition in Abu Dhabi, and later began participating in exhibitions in Qatar. According to him, his designs attracted many famous people from the world of show business and journalists.

Hori called for government support to promote Emirati designers in the global arena, suggesting to streamline the process of registering intellectual property for creative individuals in the field of jewelry design.
