The Department of Economic Development - Abu Dhabi issued a resolution that provides the possibility for economic entities registered in the Emirates to reformat their licenses for providing services and trading in other emirates without the need to open a new legal entity. The purpose of this initiative is to simplify procedures and improve conditions for business. Organizations will be able to submit applications for reformatting through the AD Business Center portal or the Department's branches across the country. This requires the submission of certain documents, such as a copy of the active license and the certificate of commercial registration of the branch. The supreme measure is aimed at simplifying procedures related to business and contributes to creating a more favorable environment for the development of companies in the territory of the UAE.
"This is an important decision that obligates entrepreneurs to expand their activity in other emirates, allowing them to remain competitive and effective," noted the representative of the Department of Economic Development.
