Abu Dhabi Housing Programs Reach AED 63 Billion

Over the past five years, Abu Dhabi has allocated more than AED 63 billion towards housing benefits, significantly enhancing its citizen housing sector. The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority reports extensive project funding, impacting thousands of residents.

Over the past five years, Abu Dhabi has received more than 63 billion dirhams for housing support programs. This sum has been directed towards the realization of numerous projects implemented by the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA). According to ADHA, under the program, more than 18,144 land plots have been allocated for construction, over 3,727 housing units, and a total of 22,635 housing loans, as well as more than 4,004 pensioners received benefits.

"This program has significantly developed the housing sector for citizens in the UAE in Abu Dhabi and made the emirate a prime example of realizing the dream of housing for UAE citizens," said ADHA.
