On the digital real estate platform "Dar Al Saif" of the Municipalities and Transport Department in Abu Dhabi, 7 new residential projects, currently under construction, have been registered.
One of these projects is the Al Qurm Gardens residential complex, which includes 42 villas and represents a modern residential community. The construction of this complex began in 2021.
According to representatives of "Dar Al Saif", the platform provides information about residential projects available for investment, as well as ensuring direct access to services and opportunities for purchasing real estate. It also contributes to increasing the level of transparency in the real estate market and facilitates the decision-making process for potential investors and buyers.
"We are pleased to see increased interest from developers in registering their projects on the platform 'Dar Al Saif'. This allows investors and buyers to easily find information on residential projects in various areas of Abu Dhabi and choose the most suitable options for investment," noted a representative of the platform.
The registration of residential projects on the national digital real estate platform has become part of the efforts of the government to promote the development of the real estate market in the country and create favorable conditions for investments in the residential sector.
