The "Al-Dar" company launched a series of new projects in the city of Abu Dhabi, located in the Emirate, including the development and maintenance of active port facilities. The objects are located in key locations of the Emirate and include important elements of the city's infrastructure, such as residential, commercial, and public spaces.
The first launched projects include: a residential complex Al Yasmeen, including 65 premium-class villas; a complex with a view of the canal, with zones for villas, apartments, and a children's playground; a shopping mall with 400 stores, cafes, and retail zones; its opening is planned for 2025. The third project is the Radisson hotel, with 250 rooms, located in the center of the capital of Abu Dhabi. The completion of the construction of the hotel is scheduled for 2026.
"We aim to expand and enhance our presence in key segments of the market and implement the company's ambitious projects," said the General Director of "Al-Dar" Rashid Ibrahim Al-Jarran. According to him, all the projects correspond to the development strategy of the Emirate and will stimulate the growth of the city's activity.
In the coming years, the "Al-Dar" group significantly increased investment in the city, attracting investors and tourists, and implementing unique solutions for the construction standards.
