Etihad Airways, the airline based in Abu Dhabi, has announced the launch of a new direct route from the UAE capital to the capital of Kazakhstan, the city of Nur-Sultan. The new air service is scheduled to begin operating on December 15 of this year, with flights running three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. In a press release, the airline emphasized that this route is aimed at strengthening cultural and economic ties between the two nations, as well as offering passengers greater travel convenience. "We are delighted to connect Abu Dhabi and Nur-Sultan," stated the CEO of Etihad Airways. "This route will open up new opportunities for both business and leisure travel." The new destination will be served by modern Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, known for their comfort and fuel efficiency.
