At the beginning of his talk with 'Emirates Today', Shamsi reflected on his academic studies in the United States and his passion for finding new ways to connect with job markets, saying: 'I still remember a class where we studied the platform (LinkedIn) and how to use it professionally as a job seeker. He added: 'For these reasons, I always emphasize that the culture of job hunting is as important as getting the degree itself, and this, by the way, is the main message I convey to the youth to encourage them to trust in how to find the right job and keep up with the development of technology and artificial intelligence, because the future waits for no one'.
Future ambitions
Ahmed Al-Zarif Shamsi confirmed that 'Tabio' is not a local project but a first step in a larger trajectory, saying: 'We aim to sign agreements with major companies to integrate it into their hiring systems, which will allow for data exchange and enhancing smart recruitment opportunities, as we aim to become the first reference for professional identity in the region'.
The resume
Shamsi rejects that job seekers rely on AI to write their resumes, saying: 'What is written in your resume is what the hiring manager asks you about the most, so it must be an honest and transparent reflection of yourself'.
He added: 'Through the advice I used to publish on (LinkedIn), I gathered more than 170,000 followers, in addition to more than 10 million interactions in less than a year'.

Regarding the details of launching his smart employment platform, Shamsi confirmed that 'Tabio' primarily relies on a digital professional identity instead of the traditional resume file, as each person gets a smart resume that can be shared via a simple link, while companies get dedicated pages to post their jobs, to build a real and effective bridge between job seekers and these companies.
He added: 'We are happy to have surpassed 4,000 users in less than 3 days after launching (Tabio), and we are also proud of the joining of more than 70 well-known companies that have created their pages on our platform', pointing out that the most prominent feature of the 'Tabio' experience is that it is a completely free platform in its initial stages, focusing on expanding its user base, while it offers a lineup of advanced features supported by AI at symbolic prices.
