Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (ADM), the regulatory and supervising body for the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi, and Al Mutawazid Real Estate Services participated in highlighting Abu Dhabi's position in global real estate technologies and unifying sector standards. This was achieved through their participation in the International Multiple Listing System (MLS) 2025 Conference, recently held in Toronto, Canada. Al Mutawazid Real Estate Services participated as a Diamond Sponsor and representative of the United Arab Emirates. The conference brought together more than 130 organizations from over 20 countries to enhance cooperation in areas such as unifying real estate data, governance, ethical standards, and innovation.
