Abu Dhabi has launched a AED 4 billion housing package to enhance living conditions for Emirati families through loans, grants, and repayment concessions.

The Abu Dhabi government has announced a new AED 4 billion housing support package aimed at improving living conditions for Emirati families. The package includes housing loans, land and ready-home grants, as well as loan repayment exemptions and reductions. Specifically, 7,802 beneficiaries will receive housing loans totaling AED 11.766 billion, and 2,438 individuals will be granted land and ready homes worth AED 3.1 billion. Additionally, 478 citizens will benefit from loan repayment concessions under the Emirati Family Growth program, amounting to AED 514.75 million.

This announcement coincides with the 54th Eid Al Etihad celebrations and highlights the leadership's commitment to enhancing citizen welfare, social stability, and living standards. Since its establishment, the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority has delivered over 129,448 housing benefits with a total value of approximately AED 177.57 billion.

Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, stated that the package reflects the leadership's dedication to improving the quality of life for Emirati families. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, approved the third housing benefits package for 2025.

Director-General Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi added that these measures align with Abu Dhabi's sustainable development goals and ensure long-term family stability.
