Scientists have told the media of a strategy to expand the country's network of electric vehicle charging stations, which is experiencing rapid growth, with expectations that it will reach 30,000 stations by 2050. Engineer Sherif Al Olama, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for Energy and Petroleum Affairs, stated that the opening of Adnoc Distribution's largest electric vehicle charging complex in Abu Dhabi, along with the upcoming opening of a similar complex in Ajman, will contribute to meeting the demand for charging stations, especially amid the growing sales of electric vehicles in the country.
