The Ministry of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi has introduced a new digital platform called 'Dar Al Emarat', designed for the provision of various services in the real estate sector.
The 'Dar Al Emarat' platform was developed with the aim of facilitating access for residents and companies to services related to real estate, and to simplify the procedures for ensuring more convenient interaction with government entities.
According to the ministry representatives, the new digital system offers a wide range of services, starting from requests for construction and types of permits, and ending with the payment of fees for collections and submissions.
One of the goals of implementing the platform is to improve the quality of life for citizens and to increase the level of client satisfaction through enhanced effectiveness and transparency of the services provided.
'Dar Al Emarat' also offers broad opportunities for interaction with clients and the gathering of feedback, which allows improving the quality of services and responding to the needs of users.
