The administration of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, implementing advanced sustainable development technologies, has significantly improved Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Street. Recently, the construction of a 1.7-kilometer median strip along the street was completed, which led to additional decorative enhancements of the visual appearance of Abu Dhabi and solidified its position as one of the most beautiful emirates in the world.
The project was aimed at the beauty of the street using modern fixed landscaping technology on an area of 6,500 square meters, which significantly improved the visual appearance of the road. Seasonal flowers were also planted along the median and adjacent roads, adding brightness, color, and the stripe of natural beauty.
In addition, a new irrigation system was established to provide plants with sufficient water supply, complying with the standards of natural resource conservation in the UAE and principles of resource management.
