
The Working League of the Professional League OAE and the Human Rights Council have launched the "Tournament of Human Brotherhood" within the framework of the 15th season of the Adnok Championship. This was announced by the league on Monday.
"This partnership takes place on the day when the declaration of the Universal Declaration on Human Brotherhood was signed on February 4, 2019, in Abu Dhabi," the statement reads.
This reflects the commitment of the Emirati leadership to strengthen these values and a deep interest in promoting a culture of tolerance and coexistence both at the local and international levels.
"The Working League of the Professional League OAE considers that sport is an effective means for strengthening the values of unity and tolerance, bringing together different cultures and contributing to understanding and coexistence," the statement says.
According to the announcement, OAE is a global model of tolerance and coexistence, where more than 200 different nationalities live in the world and mutual respect prevails.
The events of sports life contribute to strengthening social ties and enhancing human connections, aligning with the goals of the Universal Declaration on Human Brotherhood.
According to the schedule, the matches of the "Tournament of Human Brotherhood" will take place over four days. The series will open with a meeting of Kalba and Sharjah at Kalba Stadium.
Then Al-Ittihad will meet with Al-Jazira at Al-Dhiba Stadium on Thursday. On Friday, three matches will take place: Al-Ain and Al-Bataih at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium, Hatta will host Al-Wahda at Al-Nahyan Stadium. And on the third day, the match between Shabab Al-Ahli and Ajman will take place at Rashid Stadium in Dubai.
On Sunday, matches will be scheduled for Dibba Al-Hisn and Al-Wasl at Sakr bin Mohammed Al-Kasim Stadium, as well as Bani Yas and Nasr at Bani Yas Stadium in the capital Abu Dhabi.
