At the ceremony held at the Kasr Al Bahr palace in Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed congratulated Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan and expressed gratitude to all winners of the Sheikh Fatima Program for Advancement and Public Intelligence, highly appreciating their outstanding efforts and initiatives in serving the community.
He emphasized the importance of the Program in achieving these goals and expressed particular appreciation for the invaluable support of Her Highness Sheikh Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, for pioneering initiatives to strengthen social rehabilitation and curb social disparities.
The award was presented within the framework of the honorary category of the Sheikh Fatima Program for Advancement and Public Intelligence, including its seated version. The award ceremony highlighted outstanding individuals and organizations across various categories. Categories awarded included Cultural, Artistic, and Media Advancement, Community Responsibility, Outstanding Grandmothers, Fathers and Mothers, Initiatives supporting social causes, Innovative cultural and artistic projects, the Expanded Family Advancement, Volunteer Families, and families distinguished in supporting people with specific needs.
The awards praised the efforts of Emirati grandmothers, parents, and families in preserving family unity, strengthening social ties, universal values, and national identity in future generations. Awards were also given to institutions and collectives for their contributions to social affairs, such as the Family Development Foundation, the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, the Emirate of Fujairah Police General Headquarters, and the Future Generation Association - Initiative Smile.
