
From November 4 to 7, 2024, Abu Dhabi will host the International Exhibition and Conference on Oil under the name "ADIPK 2024". The event is organized by Adnoc under the slogan "Unified Conditions for Achieving Real and Organized Transition in the Energy Sector".
The event, dedicated to the 40th anniversary of its holding, "ADIPK 2024" is aimed at discussing the future relationship between energy and artificial intelligence, as well as identifying key technologies of the next generation of artificial intelligence that will shape the future of the energy sector.
The exhibition is expected to involve 2,200 companies, of which 40% are local, making up 880 companies. The expected revenue from the tourism sector, hospitality, and travel in Abu Dhabi is up to 350 million dollars.
The Chairman of "ADIPK 2024", General Director of Adnoc Marine, Taiba al-Hashimi, stated at a press conference yesterday in Abu Dhabi: "The purpose of this 'ADIPK' edition is to unite the visions of leaders in the technological sector from around the world with the aim of utilizing future opportunities for a successful organized and responsible transition in the energy sector, stimulating innovative solutions and applications of artificial intelligence in this vital sector more effectively".
The International Exhibition and Conference on Oil in Abu Dhabi "ADIPK 2024" will bring together more than 40 ministers and over 200 leading implementing directors and leaders in the energy and technology sectors from various regions, aiming to strengthen international cooperation and innovations to achieve an organized, responsible, and fair transition in the energy sector.
The opening words at the event will be delivered by the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, the chair of the COP28 conference, implementing director of Adnoc and his group of companies Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al-Jaber. Then, there will be a ministerial discussion titled "New Global Leaders and Transition in Energy" with participation from energy ministers from the UAE, India, and Egypt to discuss the reformation of developing economies in global energy.
