
At the meeting, initiatives for strengthening human capital in federal governance and improvement of labor resource development programs were discussed. The council also assessed the implementation of national strategies and initiatives related to youth autonomy, government housing fund, integration of people with limited capabilities, national economic growth and investments.
The Most Honorable Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Presidential Court, chaired the meeting of the Ministerial Council for Development at the National Library and Archives in Abu Dhabi. At the meeting, updates on the progress in the public sector were presented, and reports prepared by various ministries and federal organizations were discussed.
On the agenda of the session, discussions on proposed policies and projects in the field of economics, means of mass information, infrastructure and competitiveness of financial markets were covered. Also, during the discussions, emphasis was placed on strengthening initiatives for clean energy in the UAE and measures to increase the effectiveness of the use of public finances.
