According to information from local media, the club "Al-Waheda" is focused on signing a contract with the Brazilian footballer Jadson Silva during the current winter transfer window. The newspaper "Lans" reported that the 23-year-old player is heading to Abu Dhabi for medical examinations and the completion of procedures for the transition to the Emirati club.
"Al-Waheda" officially presented an offer to acquire Jadson Silva for 1.3 million euros after expressing readiness to acquire the Brazilian midfielder. The club "Red Bull Bragantino" rejected the offer from "Al-Waheda", but later the sides reached an agreement, the financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Jadson Silva is associated with a contract with "Red Bull Bragantino" until the end of the current season. According to Transfermarkt, he moved to the newest club from "Cruzeiro" in 2021 for 850 thousand euros. For Bragantino, he played 201 matches, scored two goals, provided four assists, received 53 warnings and two red cards.
If the deal for the acquisition of the Brazilian footballer Jadson Silva by "Al-Waheda" is successful, he will become the second acquisition of "Al-Waheda" in the winter transfer window. Earlier, the club announced signing a contract with Iranian midfielder Mohammadi Gorban (23 years old) from the Russian club "Orenburg". At the same time, Nigerian Philip Otele moved to Swiss "Basel" on loan until the end of the current season.
