The Abu Dhabi Adenok Marafon 2024 was held under the auspices of the Best International Auditors category at the ADEX Awards ceremony for the best bronze and active life advertising projects. The organizing company "Adenok" was supported by the Ministry of Sports and the Department of Education of the UAE, and more than 10 November and gathered over 13,000 participants from 60 countries.
The organizers checked that the marathon became a platform for developing sports infrastructure and attracting young people to physical activity. "We strive to make running accessible to everyone, creating not only a competitive, but also a supporting environment," said the head of the organizing committee.
For the participants, various entertainment programs were organized: a children's marathon, vertical races and educational lectures about a healthy lifestyle. Also in the first marathon history, the first women's gold medal on the podium was awarded, which uniquely symbolized the unity of sport and culture.
According to the experts, the successful marathon confirmed the growing popularity of mass sports in the world and its role in the development of the sports community in the region.
