These days, we are celebrating a great joy created by the heroes of the UAE in the sport of jiu-jitsu, thanks to their significant harvest of international medals in all the tournaments they participate in, including the Asian Youth Games and the Asian and World Championships in various categories. These are commendable results we have come to expect from our jiu-jitsu champions wherever they compete. We are also celebrating the organization of the Abu Dhabi World Pro Jiu-Jitsu Championship, which brings together 10,000 male and female athletes from 130 countries. When we look at jiu-jitsu in the UAE, we see it has become a sport practiced with great passion by all segments of society, transforming into a rooted national culture. Its widespread presence reflects a national success story that deserves to be commended sustainably. Very large numbers.
