The UAE national football team's technical staff, led by Romanian coach Olaru Cosmin, has announced a new 24-player squad for an internal training camp in Abu Dhabi. The squad includes six new players and the return of several veterans, while goalkeeper Khaled Eissa of Al Ain and two players from Al-Shabab have been excluded.

The squad includes: Ali Khasif, Adel Al-Hosani, Hamad Al-Maqbali, Badr Naser, Richard O'Connor, Julaber Lima, Sasha, Khalifa Al-Hamadi, Leonardo Amemicuho, Marcos Millioni, Mohammad Rabea, Joelherm da Silva, Ali Saleh, Abdullah Hamad, Mohammad Abbas, Mamadou Coulibaly, Yahya Nader, Esam Fayez, Nicolas Jimenez, Yahya Al-Ghassani, Harib Abdullah, Osman Camara, Yuri Cesar, and Bruno Oliveira. The squad also features six players making their first appearance for the national team: Yuri Cesar, Joelherm Bala (Al Ahli youth), Osman Camara (Al-Shabab), Mamadou Coulibaly (Al-Jazira), Leonardo Amemicuho (Al-Dhafra), and Julaber Lima (Al-Nasr). Additionally, the squad includes the return of several players who were absent in the recent period, most notably: Khalifa Al-Hamadi, Abdullah Hamad, Adel Al-Hosani, Mohammad Abbas, Badr Naser, and Esam Fayez. In contrast, the squad sees the absence of Al Ain goalkeeper Khaled Eissa for the first time in many years, along with the exclusion of Al-Shabab duo Caio Lucas and Luan Pereira. This camp is part of the team's preparations for upcoming fixtures, as the coaching staff aims to test new elements and enhance their tactical options for the upcoming phase.
