The Abu Dhabi Sports Council has signed a contract with Abdel Hamid Al Khouri Real Estate Investment Company to build and operate a community sports center in Al Mushrif area for 32 years, including two years for development and 30 years for operation. The project is part of the emirate of Abu Dhabi's efforts to enhance sports infrastructure and provide comprehensive facilities that support the community and enable various segments to practice sports. The project is located on a 3,000-square-meter plot and aims to offer a comprehensive sports experience through modern facilities designed according to the latest international standards and specifications. The project also aligns with the emirate's direction to improve quality of life and provide a healthy and safe environment that encourages community members to engage in sports and physical activity regularly. The center will serve men and women, featuring two separate fitness clubs, padel courts, a multi-purpose indoor gym, as well as service and commercial facilities for the center's visitors.
