First residential project with an international brand in Ajman. Ajman’s real estate company ‘Ekar’ has signed a strategic brand agreement with Thailand’s ‘Dusit International’ group, specialized in integrated hospitality, to develop the ‘Dusit Second Residences Ajman’ project. This will be the first residential project in Ajman to carry an international brand and be managed by a world-class hospitality company. ‘Ekar’ will oversee the project’s development under the ‘Dusit Second’ luxury brand, operating according to the group’s highest standards of luxury, service, and well-being.
