Statistics from the real estate report issued by the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department revealed the completion of 242 real estate appraisal transactions last January, with a total value of 1.06 billion dirhams. The Director General of the Land and Real Estate Regulation Department explained that the January report included personal and specialized appraisal transactions. Engineer Omar bin Amer Al-Muhairi, Director General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, confirmed that the appraisal operations covered commercial, residential, and industrial properties, with commercial properties accounting for the largest share of the total appraisal value at 626.5 million dirhams, surpassing residential properties, which had a total value of 329 million dirhams.
