The Ajman Land and Property Regulation Department announced that the emirate's real estate market recorded 938 property transactions last March, totaling 1.66 billion dirhams. Engineer Omar bin Omair Al-Muhairi, Director General of the Ajman Land and Property Regulation Department, confirmed that March's statistics reflect the stability of the emirate's real estate market and its maintenance of positive rates. Al-Muhairi pointed out that the Al-Amara area witnessed the highest sales value at 185 million dirhams, with trading volume reaching 1.2 billion dirhams from a total of 680 transactions. He also noted that the department recorded 168 mortgage transactions with a total value of 305 million dirhams, led by the Al-Jarf area.
