The Ajman Chamber and the British Ideas Association explored collaboration in innovation best practices during Innovation Month, aiming to encourage private sector adoption of innovative solutions.


Collaboration to Enhance Innovation in Ajman

The Adjeman Palace and the British Society of Jews discussed the possibilities of cooperation and exchange of experience in the field of innovations and best practices in the global innovation system. The purpose of the meeting was to develop and strengthen the innovation strategies in the palace, as well as to encourage the private sector to adopt innovative solutions and manage ideas for business development and increased productivity.

At the meeting, held as part of Innovation Month events, participated the director of the Strategy and Future Management, Faisal al-Huraei, the director of the Program and Innovations Management, Layla al-Saad, and the head of the Quality and Entrepreneurship department at the Adjeman Palace, Reim Makhriri, while from the side of the British Society of Jews Zina Kuks, the director of operations.

Faisal al-Huraei noted that "the designation of February as Innovation Month reflects the strategy of its leaders in transforming innovations into a way of life, which strengthens their leadership position in the world." He also emphasized that the palace made a significant step towards strengthening the culture of management ideas and innovations among its employees and members with the help of the program "My Idea."

At the meeting, services of the British Society of Jews and their programs aimed at stimulating organizational innovations and encouraging employees to present their innovative ideas were discussed, as well as creating a stimulating creative working environment.

The best international practices in innovation management were also highlighted, alongside the importance of integrating modern technologies and artificial intelligence in collecting and developing innovative ideas and proposals.
