The Al Ain Museum will host a cultural dialogue session titled 'Zarfa: Traditions Passed Through Generations' tomorrow, as part of the museum's lecture series. The session will highlight the Zarfa as one of the most prominent rituals of traditional Emirati weddings, along with the social customs and inherited practices it encompasses. It will also showcase various elements of the Zarfa through selected artifacts from the Al Ain Museum. Participants in the session include: Saeed Al Suwaidi, Atika Al Meheiri, and Khatat Al Kuwaiti. The Zarfa has been inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
