Within the framework of the final of the Professional Football League Cup (Mukhammadi Cup in the name of Zaida al-Nakhai), the arbitration committee of the Football Federation of the OAU appointed a judging crew led by an international referee from Norway, Espen Eskaasa, for the match between the teams Al-Jazira and Shabab Al-Ahli.
