A young, but already demonstrating his effectiveness, is leading the team — Portuguese coach Leonardo Jardim. Another major personnel shift in the administrative part: the club announced the restructuring of the management structure of the first football team. The Council members appointed Essama Al Ali, Ahmed ash-Shamsi, and Said al-Manhali to leading positions, highlighting their administrative experience and qualifications. This step aims to improve the organization and management of the team to achieve its sporting goals.

"We want to express our gratitude to the Football Federation for approving the club's request to include in the management staff of the football team Essama Al Ali," it was stated in the official statement. Essama has long held the position of director of the national Olympic team and, as a former player, has successful administrative experience.

The new coaching staff is led by Leonardo Jardim after the dismissal of Argentine coach Hernan Crespo. The team continues to prepare for matches, conducting friendly games to assess the level of play and maintain high motivation ahead of upcoming competitions following the international break.
