Dibba's Romanian coach, Marius Panait, described his team's 1-0 victory over Khorfakkan as a result of a collective effort involving everyone, not just the players, but also the support of the administration, fans, and the people of Dibba. He expressed his happiness with the team reaching nine points and occupying 12th place, while Khorfakkan's points tally remained at 11, placing them 10th. Panait stated in a press conference after the match that the victory was achieved through the great efforts of the players and is very important as it was the second consecutive win. He mentioned that the players were committed to the technical instructions, especially between halves, and executed them with high precision. He added that they made substitutions at a difficult time, but the players were outstanding, and this victory can be described as more than just three points. Panait also highlighted that the win represents an achievement in gaining trust among all elements of the team and will provide them with greater comfort for preparing for the upcoming stages. On the other hand, Khorfakkan's coach, Hassan Al-Abdoli, confirmed that his team played well but failed to secure a positive result, pointing out that Dibba capitalized on one of their attacks to score the winning goal. He stated, "We will work on analyzing the match and addressing the mistakes before the important match against Al-Nasr in the next round."
