The company "Midan," which is part of "Dubai Holding Real Estate," has announced the conclusion of a contract worth over one billion dirhams with the company "Jinko General Contracting." In the deal, the company "Jinko General Contracting" will build luxury villas in the second phase of the project "First Western Quarter" in Muhammad bin Rashid al Maktoum City. The contract also includes infrastructure construction and other works. Commenting on the event, the general director of "Dubai Holding Real Estate" Khalid Almalek noted that the second phase of the project will establish new standards in luxury housing for our growing client base. The executive director of "Jinko General Contracting" Masaud Ghayat believes that construction and real estate are among the key drivers of the local economy, and the second phase of the project will become a benchmark for quality. In the second phase of the project "First Western Quarter," the construction of 229 villas is planned, located in a gated community.
