Vice-President of the Investment Committee of Invest AD, Valid Al Mahrabi, stated that private credits have been the best asset from the point of view of profitability for the company over the past three years.
He also emphasized that the strategy based on private credits allowed for maximizing the company's returns and ensuring a stable payout to investors. Moreover, he noted that risk management and high portfolio diversification contributed to the group's overall successful performance.
"We pay special attention to the development of assets that provide high income, such as private credits, and this is a key element of our investment strategy," Al Mahrabi emphasized.
According to the company, the profitability of the private credit portfolio amounted to over 8 percent per year, which is higher than returns from other types of assets, including equities and obligations.
