Scammers are exploiting the interest of consumers worldwide in popular chocolate candies from Dubai. They have created a multitude of fake websites that offer to deliver this dessert at attractive prices. Under the guise of official products from a well-known chocolate brand, scammers sell counterfeits. Moreover, they also use false advertising campaigns on social media to attract more victims.
One of the victims shared her experience: "I saw an ad for a discount on chocolate from Dubai on one of the sites. I ordered a couple of packages as a gift for my friends. When the candies arrived, I immediately realized that their quality and packaging were significantly different from the original. It was a counterfeit."
Consumer protection organizations warn that one should be cautious and only purchase products from verified and official sources. It is also important to thoroughly research information about the product and the manufacturing company before making a purchase to avoid fraud and scams.
