Chef-Magid Al Shamaa has been appointed as the executive chef at the new restaurant of chef Yotam Ottolenghi in London. The new establishment, which will be called "Rovi," opens on Gousell Street in June. Al Shamaa previously worked at the restaurant Babaji Pide, which was one of the objects of the "Umu" project.
