Alfa Dhabi Holdings purchased a controlling stake in the National Tourism and Hospitality Enterprise, amounting to 73.73 percent. The process was completed successfully, and now Alfa Dhabi Holdings is the largest shareholder in this company.
"This deal allows us to expand our activities in the field of tourism and hospitality, which is one of the priority areas of development for our company," noted a representative of Alfa Dhabi Holdings.
As expected, the new controlling stake enables Alfa Dhabi Holdings to take an active part in the strategic decisions of the National Tourism and Hospitality Enterprise and makes a significant investment in its development.
