Deyaar Development PJSC (Deyaar) has presented the second phase of the Park Five project – a premium-class residential community focused on well-being in Dubai's Production City.
Deyaar Development’s CEO, Saeed Mohamed Al Qatami, shared his goal: "With the launch of the second phase of Park Five, Deyaar continues to create ecosystems for families, where they can thrive, socialize, and create unforgettable memories. It is planned that the second phase will be completed in the summer of 2027. Park Five aims to meet the needs of a wide range of residents and investors through attractive payment plans. Key amenities include yoga pavilions, open working spaces, fitness centers, and children's play zones. The second phase will feature 343 residential units, which will significantly change the local family impressions in Dubai.
