Dubai Announces World’s Tallest Wellbeing Resort

Dubai has announced the launch of the Therme Dubai project, a world record holder for height among wellness resorts, as part of the strategy "Quality of Life in Dubai 2033". Based on this strategy, the new facility, costing 2 billion dirhams, will include an interactive park and the largest indoor botanical garden in the world, designed for 1.7 million visitors annually.

Therme Dubai, scheduled to open in 2028 in Zabil Park, will become an unforgettable element of the local natural heritage. The project was approved by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, Vice President and Minister of Defence, and also the Chairman of Dubai's Executive Council.

"In May 2024, Dubai announced the beginning of a new era in striving for better wellbeing of its community under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Our innovative project reflects our commitment to enhancing local biodiversity and ecological sustainability, creating memorable experiences for residents and visitors of Dubai," commented His Highness Sheikh Hamdan.
