
Dubai Media Organization successfully updated one of its external broadcasting machines with "4K" ("4 kilopixels"), which includes the latest technological specifications for high-definition broadcasting machines. The new machine, integrated into satellite broadcasting, has joined their fleet within the frameworks of logistics improvement and technical capabilities, and also for enhancing television broadcasting.
The company carried out a radical upgrade of the external broadcasting machine equipped with modern operational systems. It is now equipped with "Sennheiser Flux" technology for sports broadcasting and has 14 cameras working with "4K" resolution. The upgrade of all devices associated with the cameras enables the media organization team to operate in a contemporary production environment.
The team of engineers at Dubai Media Organization successfully upgraded the machine within just three weeks, enhancing their production and operational capabilities, and allowing them to track high-quality events. The machine will be used for the transmission of events of the World Summit of World Government 2025, which reinforces Dubai Media Organization's commitment to provide high-quality content and ensure viewers' best television experiences.
A unique feature of the external broadcasting machine, integrated into satellite broadcasting, is its ability to transmit events from the location through artificial satellites. It includes a fully-fledged control center, integrating equipment for mixing sound and images, as well as internal and external communication systems, ensuring a comprehensive management of the broadcasting process.
Dubai Media Organization also enriched its team with new robotic cameras that can be installed on vehicles, helicopters, and other means of transportation, for use during the coverage and transmission of incidents, outgoing broadcasts, and other sporting events. These cameras differ from previous systems due to the ability to capture high-quality images under any conditions.
