The company "Emaar Development", majority-owned by "Emaar Properties", achieved its best results in its history in 2024 thanks to its strong performance and resilience in a challenging environment. This confirmed its effectiveness, serious work, and client-focused approach, as well as high-quality construction and innovation.
Emaar Development recorded the highest-ever real estate sales of 65.4 billion dirhams ($17.8 billion) in 2024, which is 75% more than the sales in 2023. The company also acquired 141 million square feet of land in key locations in Dubai in 2024 for a total sum of 96 billion dirhams.

The company successfully launched 62 new projects across various major plans in 2024, which strengthens its leading position and expands its prospects for sustainable growth in the future. Total revenues from sales of past real estate projects reached 90.9 billion dirhams ($24.7 billion) as of December 31, 2024, giving hope for significant revenue growth in the coming years.
Emaar Development also recorded the highest earnings in its history, amounting to 19.1 billion dirhams ($5.2 billion) in 2024, which is 61% higher than in 2023. Additionally, the company acquired 141 million square feet of land in key locations in Dubai for 2024, totaling 96 billion dirhams.
