The Dubai municipality announced a new investment project in Dubai Industrial City, an active economic zone in the UAE. The company Pacific Investment Management, known as Pimco, has opened its office in Dubai, becoming the first institutional investor to establish a headquarters in this location.
"We are pleased to welcome Pimco to Dubai Industrial City. This is a strategically important step, highlighting the growing significance of our region as a key location for international investments," noted a representative of the Dubai Industrial Zone.
Pimco, one of the largest global asset management firms, believes that its presence in Dubai will support the mobilization of foreign investments in the region. "We see the potential of the region and are eager to participate in its development, offering clients global-level investment solutions," the Pimco representative emphasized.
The new office in Dubai allows Pimco to engage more closely with clients and partners in the Middle East while also expanding access to investment opportunities in the region.
