The Federal Authority for Taxation announced the commendation of the owner of the title Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai, with the "Governmental Bureaucracy Exemption" award in its first round. This commendation comes as a result of the victory of the Authority’s team in the first place in the category of "Impact on the Business Sector," which is considered an incentive for more facilitation of community service and support for the business sector.

In this context, the Director General of the Federal Authority for Taxation, Khaled Ali Al Bustani, stated that this achievement is the result of the collaborative efforts of the Authority's working team and the continuous development in performance and the strengthening of the culture of innovation. He emphasized the Authority's vision of being a global leader in tax collection and supporting sustainable financial resource management.

The Federal Authority for Taxation team distinguished itself in the "Impact on the Business Sector" category by simplifying the registration procedures in the corporate tax system. Significant progress has been made in reducing the effort required from taxpayers during registration operations, which has led to alleviating the burdens on the business sector and enhancing the strategic growth of companies.

By acknowledging the importance of innovation in reducing bureaucracy, the Authority implemented advanced technologies that helped in reducing the costs and time required to accomplish services. These efforts contributed to enhancing the state's position in the tax field and raised its status in tax indicators, reduced bureaucracy, and facilitated tax payment, reflecting its economic advancement.
