The Department of Culture and Arts in Dubai "Dubai Culture" has won two prestigious awards within the "Global Talent Development Awards for Human Resources" for 2025, which are held annually in the United Kingdom. This recognition comes as a result of the department's innovations in the field of human resources and its successes in applying best practices at a global level, in addition to developing advanced programs to empower and develop its employees, which enhances its role in cultural leadership in the Emirate of Dubai.
During the awards ceremony, "Dubai Culture" received the Gold Award in the category of "Most Innovative Human Resources Team" as an appreciation for the efforts and innovative initiatives in enhancing collaboration and creativity within the work team. Meanwhile, Mohamed Abid Al-Mary, Director of Human Resources Management in the department, received the Silver Award in the category of "HR Professional of the Year," as a recognition for his outstanding leadership and the efforts he made to improve human resource practices.
