At the international exhibition "Gulfood 2025", the Emirates startup company showcased its products, suitable for consumption by cosmonauts, as well as products with a prolonged shelf life, corresponding to the policy of sustainable development and natural safety in the country. The head of the business department of the company "Sixty-Nobel Trading", Maria Shamar, emphasized that the products exhibited at "Gulfood" represent examples of future products for spacemen, as they are produced using special drying methods based on freeze-drying.

"We specialize in providing products for cosmonauts that preserve all nutritional substances and fresh taste, but are suitable for consumption over a long period of time," she noted. In addition, the company offers products that are also dehydrated, based on fresh local agricultural crops, dried using special technologies that maintain the freshness of the products for extended periods in the west and flavor.

Shamar explained that the company, producing its products in Dubai and having its headquarters in the region, offers production that is described as a future staple, thanks to special drying systems that can be used for various products and ensure a shelf life of more than ten years, as well as other products with a shelf life of about 20 years using corresponding drying and packaging methods.

The company offers the potential for long-term storage of large volumes of production of high quality, which contributes to sustainability and natural safety in the country.
