Vladis Dombrovskiis, a member of the European Commission, stated in a briefing that the European Commission is ready to quickly propose changes to the budgetary rules aimed at increasing the spending of member states on procurement.
"We are ready to move quickly with proposals for simplifying budgetary rules to facilitate increased spending on procurement," said Dombrovskiis.
