The app offers various features such as wallet management for top-ups, vehicle management, and seasonal subscription services to enhance customer convenience.
Moreover, users can take advantage of the app to settle parking fines, dispute charges, and request refunds. The platform provides detailed information on available amenities and enables users to conveniently reserve parking spaces or extend their tickets, ultimately improving the overall parking experience.
One of the app's highlights is the integration of parking permits into device wallets, streamlining access to all parking-related information. Customers can make parking payments effortlessly through the AutoPay feature, eliminating the need for physical tickets, payment machines, or manual transactions. These features are tailored towards simplifying parking management, boosting accessibility, and supporting efficient urban mobility.
The app allows users to register through different methods, including creating an account, UAE Pass, or RTA account, and streamlines the digital experience by centralizing booking management, providing real-time updates, and secure in-app payment options. Future updates of the app are set to include additional services like EV charging, aimed at further enhancing user experience and supporting Dubai's 2040 Urban Master Plan for a sustainable city.
The collaboration between Parkin and ENOC will introduce car care and maintenance services through the app, such as car washing, mobile refueling, oil changes, and more at select Parkin locations. This partnership enables customers to book automotive services seamlessly through both platforms, incorporating a PayLater option for deferred payments and auto-renewal for uninterrupted services and convenient parking fee payments.
The app boasts automatic number-plate recognition (ANPR) technology, making fee deductions automatic by linking the vehicle's plate number to the user's registered payment method upon entry and exit. This innovation ensures a smooth and hassle-free parking journey for users across Dubai.
