
The Enel innovation program has successfully concluded, with company employees presenting 1,373 creative ideas as part of the project for 2024. Out of these, 138 ideas were realized. One of the key advantages of the program is that Enel employees can submit their ideas and propose improvements to the company's business processes and services. Enel representatives noted that the active participation and initiative of employees contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and ensure clients receive higher quality services. One of the successfully implemented ideas was a program to increase the training and development level of Enel employees, which allowed for improved staff qualification and increased labor productivity within the company.
