Transactions in the real estate market in Dubai amounted to approximately 3.22 billion dirhams on Monday.
This data became available after the review of the report on the registration of real estate transactions provided by the Department of Land Resources and Real Estate in Dubai.
According to the department's data, 771 transactions were registered for a total amount exceeding 3.22 billion dirhams.
On that day, 435 transactions involving land plots were concluded for a total amount of about 1.72 billion dirhams and 262 transactions involving real estate for a total value of about 640 million dirhams.
In fact, the volume of transactions in the real estate market in Dubai demonstrates consistent trends toward development and growth, despite the influence of various factors.
In connection with this, even during periods of instability in the real estate market as a whole, the interest of buyers and investors in acquiring properties in Dubai remains stable.
