
The Japanese company Nikken Sekkei has developed a project inspired by Japanese philosophy of irako, which emphasizes tranquility, simplicity, and optimal use of space. The project consists of 6 towers with 6 residential zones. The first phase of the project is the West Residence tower, which includes 46 floors and 419 apartments.
Karim Derbas, the founder and general director of Palma Development, noted: "At a time when the real estate market in Dubai is experiencing an unstable situation, Palma Development launched the residential project Serenia District on the Jumeirah islands at a cost of 5 billion dirhams. The project is being built on an area of 600 thousand square feet, with a total built-up area of 3.5 million square feet."
