
The real estate market in Dubai observes a stable number of villas - 21,000 units, while the segment of apartments increased by almost 50% compared to the previous year, reaching a total of about 140,000 new project units. Rental prices for apartments and villas increased by 2-3% annually, with variations related to location.
According to a new report by Asteco, it is expected that 65,000 new residential units will be delivered in Dubai by 2025. The report notes that Dubai is experiencing growth in the launch of new projects alongside activity in the real estate market, where the overall supply of residential units significantly increased, with a delivery of more than 33,000 units in 2024.
