The company "Arad" sold all four stages of its project, which is located in one of the prestigious areas of Cairo. The total deal amounted to 850 million Egyptian pounds.
Such information was presented at the company's office, specifying that the deal involved a closure of a real estate segment belonging to it. The purchaser is a major investment consumer, who plans to complete the construction of the entire project and start selling residential units later to gain financial returns.
"This deal reflects the great trust enjoyed by the Egyptian real estate market and the increasing demand for high-quality residential properties in vital areas," clarified the company's director.
