The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) announces its achievement in obtaining the AIZOO certificate (ISO 42001:2023) in the Artificial Intelligence Management System, thus becoming the first government entity in Dubai and the first global organization working in the field of culture and arts to obtain this certification through LRQA.
This step comes within the framework of the authority's commitment to achieving the highest global standards in responsible AI deployment and improving the Artificial Intelligence Management System, in line with the goals of the 'UAE Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031'.
The authority obtained this certificate thanks to its adherence to the laws, policies, and regulations specific to artificial intelligence management systems in the country, including the 'Dubai Policy for Securing Artificial Intelligence' and related cybersecurity policies.
Mansour Lutah, Director of the Institutional Empowerment Sector and Executive Director for Artificial Intelligence at 'Dubai Culture', stated that this achievement reflects the authority's efforts in operating AI systems and enhances its capability to respond to challenges effectively and to develop its abilities to keep pace with the continuous advancements in this field.
He confirmed that obtaining the certificate highlights the authority's distinction at both the local and global levels, demonstrating its commitment to embracing innovative solutions and investing in artificial intelligence across its various sectors, while applying the highest transparency and accountability standards in all AI operations.
